Our commitment to early childhood education is not only founded on the belief that every child deserves high-quality care but that the dedicated teachers who make this possible should be compensated adequately for their hard work and commitment. We encourage our teachers and assistants to continue their education and to develop their talents and personal passions. Over the years, we have allocated tuition subsidies to teachers interested in pursuing Montessori training, early childhood courses and RIE classes. We also provide funds for professional membership dues and conferences.
As a dedicated community of early childhood educators, our teachers have access to a curriculum specialist, experienced mentors, visits from the public health nurse, and scheduled time for classroom planning and team meetings. In addition, each school also has several scheduled in-service days each year dedicated to professional development.
