Programs

Infant

At Radford Court our Infant classroom blends the relationship-based philosophy of Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE®) with the child-centered principles of Montessori to create a warm, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Through responsive caregiving, individualized routines, and a thoughtfully prepared classroom, infants are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and a love of exploration while building secure relationships and reaching developmental milestones at their own pace.

Toddler

Our Toddler classrooms provide a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and develop confidence in their growing abilities. Using the Montessori philosophy, our teachers carefully observe each child's individual development and prepare engaging learning experiences that foster independence, concentration, and a lifelong love of learning.

A strong emphasis is placed on Care of Self, helping toddlers build practical life skills such as washing hands, dressing themselves, using the toilet, serving their own snacks, cleaning up after activities, and caring for their own bodies and the classroom environment. These everyday routines promote confidence, responsibility, coordination, and a sense of accomplishment. Children are encouraged to make choices, solve problems, and collaborate with their peers while learning at their own pace. Through thoughtfully prepared environments and respectful guidance, toddlers develop the independence, self-confidence, and social-emotional skills that serve as the foundation for future learning.

Preschool

Our preschool classrooms bring together children of mixed ages, creating a community where younger children learn by observing older peers, and older children develop confidence and leadership by mentoring others. Carefully prepared classrooms encourage independence, allowing children to choose meaningful work, care for themselves and their environment, and develop problem-solving skills at their own pace. The Montessori approach is the uninterrupted 2–3 hour work cycle, which provides children with the time and freedom to deeply engage in hands-on learning, build concentration, and follow their natural curiosity without unnecessary interruption. Through purposeful activities and respectful guidance from teachers, each child develops confidence, self-discipline, and a lifelong love of learning while growing socially, emotionally, and academically.
